Our privacy policy is simple: We will not sell or rent any of your information to anyone. We will use the information to process your order. We will add your name and address to our mailing list so that we can send you one new Bountiful Gardens catalog around December each year. Occasionally we may send you email with gardening information or products we think you may be interested in, but this will be only from Bountiful Gardens or Ecology Action, of which we are a project, not any other business. We will not deluge you and will remove your name from the list at your request.

Due to the increased use of debit cards, and tighter security requirements, we are changing our card processing procedure. We will now charge your card when we receive your order (not when we ship). You will usually receive two notifications: one as soon as you submit your order via our website and the charge is authorized, and one when we download your order and actually make the charge to your card. These two notifications will show different order numbers: a longer one when the order is made and authorized, and a 5-digit one when it is downloaded and charged. There may be a business day between the two. There will be more time between the two if you order on the weekend. Backordered items will not be charged until they are shipped, and no extra postage will be charged for backorders.

We want satisfied customers and value your business. Our seeds are all untreated and have been germination tested to ensure that they meet or exceed Federal Minimum Germination Standards. We warrant to the full amount of the purchase that our seeds are of good vitality at the time of shipping, and true to name as described in our catalog. However, every gardener knows that results depend on weather, soil, and cultivation; so in common with all seed merchants, we can not be in any way responsible for the crop.

We guarantee the seeds, books and supplies for your full purchase price. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. Please make returns to our Customer Service Department with a brief explanation. Placement of an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.
