Parsley is one of the healthiest of all the vegetables and herbs. It is good for your heart, your stomach and your blood. A biennial, it can stand a mild Winter with some help, or may sprout again in early Spring.
Does well in full or part sun. Parsley is a greedy feeder so work the soil well and fertilize (needs N). Likes reasonably good well-limed soil that is well-drained (but keep the soil moist).
The roots are traditionally used for for inflamed joints, rheumatism, and menstruation - Caution: Side-Effects.
