AKA Molokheiya. A great multi-purpose continuous, harvest vegetable that can survive both dry and wet conditions. The fresh leaves can be eaten as a salad green or potherb and dried leaves can be used to thicken soups or for tea. Holds well in the field and several cuttings are possible. Makes a nice potter plant--grows about 2' and bears yellow flowers if not clipped for food use. Loves heat.
