BOTANICAL NAME: Phaseolus vulgaris
DESCRIPTION: (Preacher bean) Vines grow to 10 ft. These were standouts for quality and quantity in our trials. Wonderful flavor, and 100-degree heat didn't stop them from producing lots of beans. Round green 7" pods with purple streaks (which disappear when cooked). When others are petering out, rattlesnake keeps going. Drought hardy too.
