Very fast growing vegetables which can be ready for cutting in about 6-7 weeks. They make good growth even with cool soils and marginal fertility, though they really appreciate compost and moisture to make tender juicy leaves. Timing is important: most are for cool weather and will bolt in heat, but Pak Choi likes heat and may bolt in cool weather. Culture like lettuce.
